Payments during tenancy:

Default charges: if your rent is late for more than 14 days, you will be charged interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate calculated annualy.
Charges may apply if you lose keys/security devices for access to the property to cover reasonable cost
Charges will apply  to vary  or assign tenancy agreement if requested by the tenant- capped at £50 including VAT.
